To bed to bed

Every night when its time for the girls to go to bed Rob gives them a piggy-back ride. Or at least thats what it started as. It has morphed into them asking for all sorts of thigs from an upside down spin ride to an elephant toilet ride. Rob gets creative and makes funny sounds and might chase me through the house when ots a dinosaur ride they want all with one of the girls on his back. They love it and sometimes love to ask for off the wall things just to see what he'll do. Tonight Charlotte asked for a triple valentines day carpet wheel ride. Luckily for Rob, before he could ponder what the heck to do for that, she said "It sad raaar-eeee raaar-eeee and flaps its wings." And with that, the triple valentine carpet wheel flew her up to bed. 

Lately

Here are a few things we've been up to lately.

Visiting a big cat rescue - yes that's a tiger back there. 

Wearing the biggest bows we can find. 

Finding cozy spots to read

Workin on some valentines. 

Freezing our tushies off in the frigid weather

Rocking double pig tails - you turn one and there's just big girl milestones happening all over the place. 

Celebrating the 100th day of school. 

Those are just a few things. I could post daily about the funny, crazy, wild, sweet, stuff that happens around here - but then I wouldn't have time to enjoy it! 

Happy birthday GG bear

Happy birthday sweet girl! This year has been a crazy one and part of me wishes we could start it all over and take it slower. But here we are. You are such a sweet love. You've been walking for a couple weeks now and just started carrying things everywhere you go. When we can't find something, chances are you have carried it somewhere. You are super friendly and love to wave and say hi to people. You know a few signs and you like books. Your sisters are you favorites and you can hardly contain your excitement when you see your dad. You love blueberries and grapes, avocados not so much. You still wake up all night - little stinker. And we love you so much. Happy birthday! 

Thanksgiving

We spent thanksgiving at Robs parents this year. It was fun to see them and for the girls to spend time with their cousins as well. We have so much to be grateful for. 

Let it rain

Ava left for school today in her apple t-shirt because they are celebrating Johnny Appleseed day. Jakob (Mueller), Charlotte, and Genevieve had a party in the rain. GG loved it even after Jakob warned her "hurry it's raining."
